After many requests, I have FINALLY compiled an array of meal prep/healthy recipes I use for myself weekly. I provide the ingredients, method for cooking, serving size, as well as the macros (calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein) for every recipe. The book is composed of: breakfast, lunch/dinner, and semi-homemade recipes. My plan is to create another book with many more recipes after this, not necessarily meal prep, but all of the recipes will be geared towards healthy and well-balanced eating.
