No need to pinch yourself, you’re not dreaming. These spiked icy babies are exactly what you need in your life right now. Forget that artificial watermelon flavoring crap, it’s summer, go to the store and buy yourself a real watermelon. I think the next time I make these I might rim the glass with sugar or salt and lemon zest and add some fresh mint to it. Or maybe I’ll try it with tequila instead of vokda. That would throw this bad boy over the top.

- 3 cups cubed watermelon; frozen
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Water as needed
- In a blender, add in the watermelon, sugar, and vodka. Pulse until you reach a slushy consistency. If it is too thick or it won’t blend, add in some water, or, if you are feeling yourself, add in more vodka to get that blender going.
