This is an extremely lightened up version of pesto, in fact it is boarder line not even a pesto anymore, but whatever it is delicious. It is light and super flavorful and coats every noodle with yummy goodness. This would make for a perfect spring dinner dish for all of your friend gathering needs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound noodles; cooked
- Pesto
Shrimp
- 1 pound shrimp; peeled and deveined
- Seasonings (I used the 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joe’s)
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Make the pesto according the the recipe instructions. Pour the pesto into a pot and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes then add in the cooked noodles and toss to coat.
- In a pan over medium heat cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until the shrimp cook through and turn pink. Serve over top of the pesto pasta and garnish with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
